We have all confidently sang the wrong lyrics to a song, with no idea that we were incorrect. Well, on Tuesday’s episode of Wheel of Fortune, contestant Chris Bryant did exactly that while attempting to solve the puzzle in the “Song Lyrics” category.
The board read:
“s_eet _reams are ma_e o_ this.”
His guess…
“sweet dreams are made of these.”
He got everything correct except one word that was already complete.
While Chris was clearly embarrassed that he misread the word that was already spelled out for him, he shouldn’t feel too bad as many people took to Twitter saying they also thought “these” was the correct lyric and many Twitter users were baffled:
