Amber Heard testified on Wednesday that Johnny Depp once held his teacup Yorkie, Boo, out the window of a moving car.
Depp launched a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard in 2019, after the Aquaman star described herself as a victim of domestic abuse in a 2018 article she penned in The Washington Post. Heard never mentioned Depp by name but the actor argued that the article she wrote tarnished his reputation and ultimately his acting career.
Heard had a chance to have her say on Wednesday, revealing that on one occasion Depp held his own beloved dog out of a moving car and ‘howled like an animal.’
She claimed the incident happened in 2013, the couple were in a car driving in Los Angeles with friends. Everyone in the car was “stressed” and “froze”, the actress claimed.
She continued:
“No one did anything,”
The 26 year old allegedly “pulled his arms gently back into the vehicle and got the dog back on the seat.”

While on the stand, Depp gave his ex-wife no eye contact, keeping his head down for most of her testimony.
