Amber Heard responded to a video clip showing her with James Franco while Johnny Depp was away on tour.
Depp is suing Heard for $50 million over an op-ed she wrote in 2018 in The Washington Post about being abused. The actor was not named, however, he claims that these allegations have negatively impacted his reputation and his career.
The actress then countersued Depp for $100 million, accusing the 58-year-old of creating a “smear campaign” against her.
On 17 May, Heard was questioned about CCTV footage of her and actor James Franco, taken when Depp was out of town on tour.
The 58-year-old previously told the court that he believed his then-wife was having an affair with Franco, who she worked with on The Adderall Diaries which was released in 2016.

In the CCTV footage, Heard and Franco can clearly be seen in the lift together, both conveniently hiding their faces from the camera.
When she was asked if she knew that Depp would be out of town, on the night she invited Franco over just before 11pm to her and Depp’s penthouses, the actress said:
“I don’t know what I knew of his schedule at the time,”
Heard had previously testified that Depp “hated” James Franco.
