Amber Heard’s former nurse, Erin Falati, testified in court that Johnny Depp didn’t offer enough support when the actress’ nude photos leaked in 2014.

As we all know by now, Depp launched a defamation lawsuit against Heard in 2019, after the Aquaman star described herself as a victim of domestic abuse in a 2018 article she penned in The Washington Post. The trial started Monday 11 April in Fairfax, Virginia.

Heard told her nurse that her fiancé at the time, Johnny Depp, did not provide enough emotional support in the hours following more than 50 of her nude photos being leaked in 2014.

Pre-recorded testimony from Falati was played in court on Tuesday morning. The nurse’s medical notes depict that hours after the leak, the actress was “agitated” and “screaming” in an extremely anxious state.

“[Heard] crying and states she got into verbal argument with fiance after RN departure,”

“[Heard] states she feels fiance did not provide support.”

Heard was one of many victims of the 2014 iCloud hack, where around a dozen female celebrities had personal photographs leaked.

Falati was told about the hack and went to Heard’s home, as the actress was “experiencing [a] high level of anxiety.”

When she arrived at the home, the actress was crying and “hyperverbal,”. Depp was also there and offered Heard support, the nurse wrote.

She also wrote:

“[Heard]’s finance offered emotional support,” [Heard] able to calm self and agreed to journal thoughts as coping mechanism.”
