Legendary actress Betty White has died at the age of 99 it has been announced.
The Golden Girls icon passed away weeks before her 100th birthday on January 17th.
In a final tweet before her death, Betty said: “My 100th birthday… I cannot believe it is coming up.”

Sources told TMZ that White passed away at her home but her cause of death has not been revealed.
