Blac Chyna lost her $100,000,000 lawsuit against the Kardashians.
After two weeks of testimony and two days of deliberations, the trial has ended with the jury favoring the Kardashian family over model Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White.
The verdict was announced on Monday afternoon, however the famous family were nowhere to be seen as they were 3,000 miles away in New York City to attend the Met Gala.
TMZ reported that when the court clerk asked the Kardashians’ attorney where they all were, they said “at some gala.”
Chyna filed her suit in 2017 alleging that the famous family conspired against her to get her hit show, Rob & Chyna, off the air and ruin her career.
However, the defence argued that the end of the hit show was due to the couple’s breakup.
Rob Kardashian says Blac Chyna put a gun to his head and wanted to kill him. He alleged that she held a gun to his temple, strangled him with a cellphone charger cord and hit him with a 6-foot metal rod during an incident in December 2016. He told the court on April 27 “she tried to kill me”.
The model said it was her jealousy that caused the couple to split. Rob told the jury that he was at his “weakest” point when he met her. He said:
“I was probably at the worst place in my entire life,”
“She was catching me at my lowest.”
“IT WAS NOT REAL LOVE” he said “Otherwise, we would’ve been married.”
Emails and text messages presented to the court show Kylie, Kris and Khloe had asked the E! executives to end Rob & Chyna. Former E! President Adam Stotsky told the courtroom that the three of them “don’t have the authority to actually do that.”
Kim refused to film with the model after she heard about the alleged altercations, however, and asked she be kept off Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
