Dustin Diamond’s abandoned house has finally sold after 2 years on the market.
The actor was forced to put his house up for sale due to a bank threatened foreclosure after unpaid dues, just six months before he passed away, on February 2021.
After two years, the abandoned house has finally sold for $276,400 to a real estate developer who is looking to tear the property down and turn the space into a commercial property, as reported by The New York Post.
The ‘Saved by the Bell’ actor owed a large sum of money to Wells Fargo, around $269,326.
The property covers 3,000 square feet and has half an acre of land. The listing described that the:
“Property has been vacant for over a year,”
“Great for investor or handyman owner.”
