Dwayne Johnson is a proud American and has shown his class time and time again when it comes to our veterans.

Now The Rock has gifted a Navy veteran with his own custom-made truck after hearing his truly incredible story.

Navy veteran Oscar Rodriguez was at the movies when he got the surprise of his life when the superstar came out in front of the screen and asked him to walk down to the front.

Oscar told the story of how he served his country in the Navy, and now helps at a local church as well as feeding women who are victims of domestic abuse.

The Rock then surprised the hero with a truly unforgettable gift.

Johnson said:

“My original idea was to give away the Porsche Taycan, that I drive in the movie, Red Notice.

“So we reached out to Porsche, but they said no.

“But I still said, yes. I’ll do one better. I’ll give away my personal custom truck as the gift.”

One of the most heartwarming videos you’ll ever see.

It’s not the first time The Rock has surprised someone he appreciates. He also surprised the man who took him in when he was homeless. Also with a brand new truck.

He said on Instagram:

My mom and I were evicted off the island of Hawaii and I was sent to Nashville, Tennessee to live with my dad. When I landed in Nashville, I quickly found out I wasn’t gonna live with my dad. Sh*t happens, plans change and that’s the way it goes,’

‘Instead, I told I was gonna live with a guy named Bruno, who at the time lived in a tiny room at a spot called the Alamo Plaza motel. Bruno could’ve (and should’ve) said “hell no, I’m not takin’ in some kid who I don’t know.” But he didn’t.’

One of the nicest guys in Hollywood.
