The unfortunate event occurred at his family’s residence in Oakland, leading to an immediate response from the Oakland Police Department and Fire Department following a 911 call placed by Angus Cloud’s mother around 11:30 AM on Monday.
The emergency call reported a “possible overdose,” and upon their arrival, the responders discovered Angus unconscious, without a pulse.
