Timothy Bliefnick, a 39-year-old man who has been accused of murdering his estranged wife, gave a chilling answer on Family Feud that foreshadowed his horrific crimes.

Bliefnick allegedly broke into his ex-wife Rebecca Bernadette Postle Bliefnick’s home and shot her multiple times on February 23.

He appeared in court on March 14, where he was denied bond and will remain in Adams County Jail until at least March 23 when a grand jury is expected to review the case.

However, three years prior to the incident, Timothy Bliefnick appeared on an episode of Family Feud with his parents and siblings.

During the show, host Steve Harvey asked the question, “What’s the biggest mistake you made at your wedding?” After a few contestants gave their answers, Bliefnick responded by saying, “Honey, I love you, but ‘said I do’.”

The audience groaned at his answer, but Bliefnick went on to clarify that it was not his mistake and that he loved his wife.

While viewers found the comment amusing at the time, it now seems like a haunting moment in light of the murder charges against Bliefnick. Bliefnick’s wife, Rebecca Bernadette Postle Bliefnick, was a 41-year-old nurse and mother of three who was tragically killed in her home.

Following Rebecca’s murder, her sister Sarah Reilly launched a GoFundMe page to help cover memorial costs and support the family.

Speaking about her sister and best friend, Sarah wrote, “She leaves behind three young children and an entire community who loved her more than anything.” The family hopes to establish a scholarship fund in Rebecca’s name and use the funds to help with family expenses related to her death and the future care of her boys.

Meanwhile, Quincy Police Chief Adam Yates has provided an update on the case, saying, “This brutal crime has had the Quincy community on edge and our residents living in fear. I hope today’s announcement can begin to calm some of those concerns. There is much work yet to be done and the investigation continues, but today’s development is a significant step forward in the search for justice for Rebecca.”

Bliefnick’s case has shocked and saddened many people, particularly Rebecca’s friends and family.

As they mourn their loss and seek justice for Rebecca, they hope that the support and kindness of others will help them through this difficult time.
