Gisele Bündchen secretly bought a mansion across the street from ex-husband Tom Brady.
A source shared that:
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,”

Only a few weeks ago, the couple announced that their divorce was finalized after months of speculation.
Despite the divorce only being finalized a couple of weeks ago, Page Six reported that Gisele was spotted on a date with Joaquim Valente, a Jiu-Jitsu instructor from The Valente Brothers gym.
The publication wrote that Gisele had a bite to eat with Joaquim on Saturday at Koji in Provincia de Puntarenas. The model also took her and Brady’s two children, Benjamin and Vivian.
It is not entirely clear when the two started dating but the 42-year-old posted a clip of her and the Jiu Jitsu instructor, thanking him for teaching her the sport.
To make things even worse for the heartbroken QB, it has now been reported by TMZ that the Jiu-Jitsu instructor is traveling with Bundchen and their kids to “handle the physical education aspect of the homeschooling,”.

Following the divorce, it is believed that Brady will keep the $17 million mansion under construction in Miami while his ex-wife reportedly purchased a three-bed in Miami Beach for $1.25 million.
