Nick Cannon has announced that his 5-year-old son Zen has tragically died.
He made the announcement on The Nick Cannon Show on Tuesday morning, sharing with the audience that Zen passed away from a brain tumor.
Cannon said the tumor developed around Thanksgiving and Zen’s condition quickly deteriorated.
