High School Basketballer Faces 10 Years In Prison For Beating Up Opponent During Handshake Line

A high school basketball player is facing lengthy jail time after savagely knocking out his opponent.

17-year-old Carter Prenosil is accusing of of attacking his opponent after the Carlisle vs. Nevada game in Iowa.

The video of the attack went viral after it was posted to Twitter.

The victim suffered a concussion and a cut to his mouth and required four stitches.

Prenosil will appear in court on on December 13 and is facing up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
