You know that feeling you get in the pit of your stomach that you’ve forgotten something but you can’t for the life of you figure out what it is…?
Well, one man ended up in the dog house because he drove off and forgot…his own wife.
What makes this whole thing even worse is that he somehow managed to drive 100 miles without realizing she wasn’t in the car…
Boontom Chaimon, 55, managed to completely forget about his poor wife, Amnuary Chaimoon, 49, after they stopped for a comfort break in Thailand.
He left her stranded by the side of the road, forcing her to walk 12.5 miles to find help.
What makes the whole situation even worse, was that is just so happened to be Christmas day…
They were driving through Maha Sarakham when they stopped at around 3am so the driver could relieve himself.

They both decided to get out of the car to use nature’s bathroom and when Amnuary headed back to the car, she was shocked to find her husband was nowhere to be found.
She was forced to walk to the nearest district, Kabin Buri, where she arrived at 5am. Having left her phone in the car, she had to find an alternative way to contact him, through the authorities.
Her husband was contacted and was apparently none the wiser that she was not in the car with him, 100 miles away…
