Jada Pinkett Smith Finally Addresses Oscar Slap On Red Table Talk

Jada Pinkett Smith has addressed Will Smith’s slap at the Oscars for the first time since the event took place.

The much talked about couple have been spearheading the news as of lately, thanks to Will’s outburst at the Oscars.

At the beginning of her most recent Red Table Talk episode, the actress addressed the incident that took place and promised that they will discuss it in the future. She wrote:

‘Considering all that has happened in the last few weeks, the Smith family has been focusing on deep healing. Some of the discoveries around our healing will be shared at the table when the time calls.”‘

In the episode, the trio interview singer-songwriter Janelle Monáe as requested by Willow Smith, who recently came out as non-binary and pansexual. Willow said:

“every single person i know, including me, is just obsessed with you”.

The episode, which was presumably filmed prior to the entire Oscars fiasco, does not acknowledge the slap in any way.
