Jada Pinkett Smith has spoken out about the physical altercation which took place Sunday evening at the Academy Awards.
Will Smith very publicly slapped Chris Rock after the comedian compared Will’s Wife, Jada Pinkett Smith to G.I Jane, which was highly inappropriate and insensitive as Jada has been very open about her hair loss journey due to alopecia.
Pinkett Smith took to Instagram to share a message of ‘healing’. See below:

Jada was rumoured to have cheated on her husband in 2020 with singer-songwriter August Alsina. The couple, who were then married for about 23 years, decided to appear on their own talk show Red Table Talk to address the rumours.
However, that episode aired yet fans were left baffled as the pair didn’t exactly set the record straight, hinting that they still have “unconditional love” for the other and joking “We ride together, we die together. Bad marriage for life.”
Wait, what?! Did she cheat or not?!
It’s safe to say fans are confused, with the alleged cheating in 2020 and now Smith defending his wife in 2022…
