Johnny Depp’s Doctor has testifies that he never saw any injuries to indicate domestic abuse, or witnessed her say Depp was abusive.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor launched a defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard in 2019, after she described herself as a victim of domestic abuse in a 2018 article she penned for The Washington Post.
In response to this, Heard filed a counterclaim for defamation, with a judge ruling that she could use a defence where her lawyers will argue she is deserving of immunity.
Dr David Kipper gave his digital deposition on day four of the trial, which started last week in Virginia.
According to Law Crime Daily Reporter Sierra Gillespie, Kipper stated that he:
‘never saw Depp abuse Heard or witnessed any evidence of abuse. He also says he never witnessed Heard abuse Depp’
“Dr. Kipper also states he never saw injuries on Heard consistent with domestic abuse, nor was told by Heard that Depp was abusive toward her,”

Kipper concluded that he never seen either Depp or Heard act abusively towards one another nor did either come to him with allegations against the other.
Depp’s doc also described the moment when he went to treat the actor for an injury as a result of an alleged argument between the couple. Click here to read more.
