Actress Kaley Cuoco and Ozark star Tom Pelphrey are over the moon as they welcomed their baby girl, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, on March 30.
The celebrity couple shared the exciting news on their respective Instagram accounts on Saturday.
Kaley, known for her roles in The Big Bang Theory and The Flight Attendant, posted sweet snaps of her beaming with joy and holding her newborn daughter.
She captioned the photos with, “Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family, and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief.” She also tagged Tom and wrote, “@tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did.”
Tom also shared his happiness with his Instagram followers, posting touching photos of him and Kaley cradling their baby girl.
In the caption, he expressed his gratitude and love for Kaley, calling her his soulmate and best friend. He also added, “My heart is full of love and gratitude for this miracle… Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey 3/30.”
The couple announced their pregnancy in October 2022 with an Instagram post featuring photos from their gender reveal party, positive pregnancy test, and a baby grow.
Kaley captioned her post with, “Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023. Beyond blessed and over the moon.”
Tom also shared similar photos on his Instagram account, expressing his love for Kaley.
The couple first met through their manager, Andrea Pett-Joseph, who felt that they would be perfect for each other. Kaley shared, “We were set up by [her], which is so Hollywood. She’s like, ‘Oh my God, I think you guys are perfect for each other.'”
Kaley added that it was love at first sight for her when she heard Tom’s voice and saw him walk into the room. She said, “We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him. We’re ready to build a life together.”
