Tony Dow, the producer, director and actor famous for his role in ‘Leave it to Beaver’ is alive, despite the recent announcement that he died.

Tony’s son, Christopher said:
“Dad is at home, under hospice care, and in his last hours. My wife and I are by his side along with many friends that have visited. He has a fighting heart.”
The statement announcing the 77-year-old’s death came from his official Facebook page on Tuesday morning and has since been removed.
TMZ spoke to the actor’s manager who explained Tony’s wife Lauren believed that he had died and was very distraught. Lauren the told his management team who made the announcement.
The statement read:
“Tony was a beautiful soul – kind, compassionate, funny and humble. It was truly a joy to just be around him. His gentle voice and unpretentious manner was immediately comforting and you could not help but love him. The world has lost an amazing human being, but we are all richer for the memories that he has left us.”
While the legend is currently in hospice care after being diagnosed with cancer in May 2022, he is still alive.
