Lindsay Lohan and her spouse Bader Shammas are expecting their first child together.
The actress, 36, shared the happy news with TMZ, “We are very excited for our new family member to arrive, and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!”
Lohan was last seen in public about a month ago, and at the time, she was wearing loose-fitting clothing that covered her midsection.
She has not revealed how far along she is in her pregnancy.
The actress and Shammas tied the knot last year on Lohan’s birthday, with the news of their nuptials coming as a surprise to many.
The couple had been dating for a short while before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted life as we knew it. In November 2021, Lohan announced their engagement.
As for how the people in her life are reacting to the news, Lohan has already received well-wishes from her ex-girlfriend, DJ Sam Ronson, who told the publication, “I wish her all the best. It’s always great news when someone is expecting a baby.”
Additionally, Paris and Nicky Hilton, who are friends of Lohan’s, were caught by paparazzi outside of CBS Studios in New York City, where they offered their congratulations to the mom-to-be.
Lohan’s career in Hollywood has spanned three decades, and she has been through many ups and downs over the years.
However, now she is looking forward to embarking on a new journey as a mother, and we wish her all the best.
