Presley inherited her father’s love for music and began her career as a singer in the 1990s. She released her debut album, “To Whom It May Concern,” in 2003, which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 chart.
The album featured the hit single “Lights Out” which reached number 38 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Her follow-up album, “Now What,” was released in 2005 and featured the hit single “Dirty Laundry.”
In addition to her music career, Presley also dabbled in acting. She made her acting debut in the 2002 film “Bobby,” which was directed by Emilio Estevez.

During her career, Presley has been a prominent figure in the media and has been the subject of much media attention, particularly in relation to her famous father.

Presley was married four times and has four children. Her first marriage was to musician Danny Keough in 1988, with whom she has two children, Riley and Benjamin who sadly died by suicide in 2020.
The singer spent her final years in anguish after the untimely death of her beloved son, Benjamin. Her final social media post was in dedication to him.

In 2012, Presley went through a public and very publicised financial crisis and filed for bankruptcy, citing debts of $16.7 million and assets of $14.8 million.
The 54-year-old, who had her own successful singing career, was rushed to hospital on Thursday after suffering a cardiac arrest.
She was first discovered unresponsive, at her home in Calabasas, California, sources shared with TMZ.
Lisa Marie suffered a second cardiac arrest in hospital, which caused her family to make the difficult decision of signing a DNR.
