Meghan Markle reportedly surprised her brother-in-law, Prince William with a ‘killer’ Christmas gift.
Markle reportedly gave William a spoon with the words “cereal killer” engraved on it in 2017.
The claim was first made in the 2020 book Finding Freedom, penned by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, which has recently resurfaced due to Markle’s estrangement from Prince William.
The book reads:
“Meghan’s biggest challenge was finding the perfect novelty gifts to amuse her new extended family,”
“At least one of her gifts was a huge hit — a spoon for William that had ‘cereal killer’ embossed on the shallow bowl end of the utensil.”
Prince William was allegedly impressed with the gift. The royal family often exchange “cheap gag gifts” to one another over the festive period.
This year, however, Harry and Meghan were reportedly absent over Christmas. The couple’e relationship with the family is allegedly more strained than ever following the Netflix documentary.
