Miley Cyrus’ private plane has been involved in a freak incident that caused it to make an emergency landing, it has been confirmed.
The pop star was on her way to Asunción, Paraguay along with her family and crew to perform at the latest stop of her South American.
Cyrus and her loved ones were caught in a storm on the way to the concert, but thankfully were all left unhurt.
The 29-year-old has recalled the horrifying moment the plane was struck by a bolt of lightning.
“Our plane was caught in a major unexpected storm and struck by lighting. My crew, band, friends and family who were all traveling with me are safe after an emergency landing,”
The singer also showed damage the plane picked up by the lightning bolt.
After the emergency landing, Cyrus was unable to fly to Paraguay as planned.
But at least she’s safe and well. Scary.
