A mom had a very embarrassing incident at her daughter’s sports day.
Katie Hannaford attended her eight-year-old daughters school for the sports event.
In the video, which has now gone viral, the mom from England, can be seen in a race with what appears to be other parents.
Apparently her daughter convinced her the race would be a good idea… a decision i’m sure she now regrets.
Things get off to a great start, with Hannaford from Essex racing onwards.
Then, things take a turn for the worse…
Only seconds into the race, the 36-year-old falls headfirst, landing with her bum in the air.
Unfortunately for her, the blue dress she’s wearing comes up over her head, revealing her underwear for all to see including teachers, other parents and kids.
In the background, you can see a few kids turn around as the unfortunate incident happened.

While she was embarrassed at first (wouldn’t we all be), the mom from Essex can now laugh about the event. She said:
“I’m not sporty at all, but [my daughter] kept begging me,”
“In the end I agreed to the race – I knew I’d come last.”
“I just tripped over my own feet – I think my body was just moving too fast for my legs! I’m so clumsy, I’m always falling over”
“I was humiliated at the time, but it is what it is! I flashed my underwear which is obviously embarrassing but you just have to own it.”
“Looking back, it’s hilarious – definitely the funniest thing I’ve ever done in my life!”
“When the kids got more at sports day than they were expecting! Haha.”
“If you can’t laugh at yourself then what’s life about ay! Sorry kiddo’s and anyone else watching!”
I’m sure she was the talk of the school…
