An old video clip from 2015 has resurfaced of Dakota Johnson showing concern over Johnny Depp’s injured finger at a press conference.
Johnny Depp launched a defamation lawsuit against Heard in 2019, after the Aquaman star described herself as a victim of domestic abuse in a 2018 article she penned in The Washington Post. The trial began Monday 11 April in Fairfax, Virginia.
The video clip has since gone viral as many people have analyzed the footage. It appears as though Johnson notices his injury and asks him what happened. Depp proceeds to make her laugh in response, so presumably makes a joke about the injury rather than telling the truth. As Depp turns around to face the audience once again, his hand appears to shake. The actress looks visibly concerned for her friend. Depp seems to brush it off and continue with the press conference as normal.
Johnson and Depp were at a press conference for Black Mass in 2015, which took place a few months after the actor’s injury occurred.

The courts were shown pictures of Depp after he sustained his injury, which he claims was caused by Amber Heard throwing vodka bottles at him in the middle of an argument.
