The reporter who was once slapped by Will Smith on the red carpet reacted to that incident at Sunday’s Oscars, joking that the actor had ‘practiced’ on him first.

Will Smith’s physical altercation with comedian Chris Rock has gone viral since it happened, with millions analyzing the slap, if it were right or wrong, if it were staged or real and what they think should happen now.

However, it’s not the first time the 53-year-old actor has slapped someone in front of the cameras.

Reporter and self-proclaimed prankster Vitalii Sediuk has also been at the receiving end of Smith’s slap. Sediuk has asked the legendary actor for a hug but ended up going in for a kiss.

Needles to say, Smith didn’t like that one bit. The star pushed him away, slapping Sediuk with the back of his hand.

Watch the footage below:

Sediuk, 33, has since reacted to last night’s events:

Sediuk has since apologized to the star for taking things too far, but has tried to repeat similar behaviour on other celebs, including Brad Pitt who went on to get a restraining order against him.

In 2014, he grabbed Bradley Cooper around the legs before also burying his face in Leonardo DiCaprio’s groin a month later.

After crawling under America Ferrera’s gown, Sediuk was fired from his job at Ukrainian TV channel 1+1.

Yikes.
