Salma Hayek is setting the internet on fire with her latest set of captivating photos.

The 56-year-old actress, renowned for her exceptional talent and stunning bikini shots, decided to take it a step further this time by baring it all in a series of nude photos taken in a sauna. Fans are absolutely obsessed with the sultry images.

In these captivating photos, Hayek demonstrates her commitment to self-care, particularly through the healing power of the sauna. She shared two pictures of herself lying on the wooden sauna bed, adorned only with two white towels across her chest and hips. “Embracing the healing power of the sauna and sweating out the stress this #WorldWellbeingWeek 🙏🏼,” captioned the Magic Mike star.

Understandably, fans were left enthralled by the breathtaking images. “Absolute goddess 🔥❤️😍,” one fan commented. “No need to turn on the heat in the sauna. You did that when you walked in. 🔥😘❤️,” added another.

While Hayek undoubtedly looks stunning in these photos, she also exudes a sense of relaxation. This comes as no surprise, given her expertise in saunas and wellbeing.

Saunas offer numerous benefits, including the relaxation of both the body and mind. Studies even suggest a correlation between regular sauna use and a decreased risk of mental disorders, as cardiologist and professor Jari A. Laukkanen, M.D., Ph.D., F.E.S.C., from the University of Eastern Finland previously explained to Prevention.

So, what else does Hayek incorporate into her self-care routine? Judging by her radiant complexion in these recent snapshots (dare we say, makeup-free?), it’s safe to assume she follows a diligent skincare regimen.

When it comes to cleansing, Hayek prefers to keep it simple. “I never cleanse my skin in the morning,” she revealed in an interview with The New York Times. “My grandmother taught me that at night, your skin replenishes all the things you lost during the day. Also, if I cleanse very well at night, why would it be dirty when I wake up?” For her nighttime routine, she opts for coconut oil to remove her makeup.

Furthermore, Hayek ensures her skin stays nourished and hydrated. She told The New York Times that she uses “a mix of serums and oils depending on my skin that day.” And her final tip? She advises against over-exfoliation. “Exfoliating a lot may make you look good in the short term, but not I think in the long term,” she wisely shared.

While Hayek prioritizes self-care and strives to be the best version of herself, she also remains refreshingly authentic with her fans. A recent selfie showcased her “white hairs and wrinkles,” a testament to her embrace of the aging process.

In fact, Hayek firmly believes that aging is a beautiful journey. In an interview with Glamour, she expressed, “I don’t feel that I lost my flexibility or my agility or even my strength. I do have to say that I have found it beautiful, getting older.”
