Todd Chrisley has been found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion and has been sentenced to 12 years in prison. His wife Julie has been sentenced to 7 years.
This leaves their 25-year-old daughter, Savannah, will be the guardian of her 16-year-old brother Grayson and 10-year-old niece Chloe.
Before he was sentenced, Todd was almost $50 million in debt.
The jury found the reality stars guilty of tax evasion and bank fraud, as reported by E News!
According to a court document that was attained by NBC News, the Chrisley Knows Best pair were charged with a felony on August 2019 on 12 counts, including wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud as well as conspiracy to defraud the United States.
The couple pleaded not guilty but were inevitably found guilty on all counts on June 7.

“As today’s outcome shows, when you lie, cheat and steal, justice is blind as to your fame, your fortune, and your position,”
“In the end, when driven by greed, the verdict of guilty on all counts for these three defendants proves once again that financial crimes do not pay.”
The 53-year-old reality star filed for bankruptcy back in 2012. In the documents, obtained by People, the star listed $4.2 million in assets and a whopping $49.4 million in debts.
