“Dreams come true,” declared Shemar Moore as he unveiled the first photo of his newborn daughter, Frankie, to the world on social media.
The S.W.A.T. actor, 52, shared a heartwarming post on Instagram on Wednesday, January 27th, expressing his joy and excitement at the arrival of his baby girl.
He wrote, “FRANKIE MOORE!!!! BABY GIRL in da building!!! Born January 24… at 3:38 pm… 7.1 Pounds… 20 inches… 10 fingers n 10 toes… Already THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!! I’m a Girl Daddy!!!! HOLY S—!!! DREAMS COME TRUE!!” See below:
He also shared a heartfelt tribute to his late mother, Marilyn Wilson Moore, who passed away in 2020.
Moore’s representative told PEOPLE that he and his girlfriend, Jesiree Dizon, have welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday.
Dizon already has two children from previous relationships.
The actor previously announced that he was expecting his first baby.
The 52-year-old shared the good news on The Jennifer Hudson Show that his baby was due on the anniversary of his mother’s death.
The S.W.A.T actor said:
“I’m Shemar Moore, 52½ years old. My mother is in heaven, right now it’ll be the three-year anniversary on February 8,” he shared. “And on February 8, I’m going to make one of her dreams come true because, in real life, Shemar Moore is about to be a daddy.”
The audience cheered and Hudson congratulated the father-to-be to while he added:
“I’m so excited. I’m sorry she can’t be here. I was worried for a while that it was a ‘that ship has sailed,’ kind of thing but God had my back and things lined up.”
“It’s going to be the best part of — my life is already pretty grand, but I know whenever God does call my name, once I get this experience, I’ll be able to go to heaven whole.”
