Three Olympic fencers wore pink masks in a protest against a teammate who has been accused of sexual assault.
Jake Hoyle, Curtis McDowald and Yeisser Ramirez wore the pink masks during the Olympics, while their teammate, Alen Hadzic, who the allegations have been made against, wore a black one.

Shortly afterwards Hadzic qualified for the Olympics in May, three women accused him of sexual impropriety in incidents that occurred from 2013 to 2015.
Hadzic was initially banned from all fencing acitivies, but he successfully appealed the decision, which meant he was eligible to join the team in Japan.
Hadzic has always denied the allegations.
