The hit show Wednesday may be leaving Netflix for the second season.
The popular Addams Family retelling hit the streaming service with a bang in November 2022 and it quickly became a huge success with over 400 million hours being watched in just one week.
Fans are desperate to watch what will inevitably come after such success… season two.
However, the show starring Jenna Ortega, has yet to be renewed on the popular streaming site for a second season.
The series is a product of MGM (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer) so despite Netflix wanting to keep the series, they may not have a choice in the matter.
Amazon and MGM closed an $8.5bn merger last year, meaning that the rights to Wednesday may go with it.
So season two could be shown on another popular streaming site, such as Prime Video, which is owned by Amazon.
We will just have to wait and see!
