Cassie, whose full name is Cassandra Ventura, took the stand on Tuesday and gave detailed testimony about what happened during Diddy’s alleged “freak off” parties—disturbing events she described as exploitative and traumatic. She told jurors the gatherings involved her having sex with male escorts while Diddy watched, directed, and sometimes recorded the encounters.
Cassie said she was only 22 when the “freak offs” began, explaining she initially went along with them out of fear and love. “The freak offs became a job,” she said, adding that some lasted up to four days and left her with no time to recover. She also testified that Diddy used footage from these sessions to blackmail her into further acts she didn’t want to perform.
She described the physical abuse she endured in detail, claiming Diddy would stomp on her head, drag her, and beat her during arguments. One violent episode allegedly caught on CCTV showed Diddy attacking her in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016—a clip that had previously gone viral and was now presented in court.
Cassie’s testimony marks a harrowing start to the trial, painting a picture of coercion, fear, and sustained abuse. Diddy has denied all allegations, but her account adds to growing pressure as multiple accusers and witnesses are expected to testify in the coming days.
