The incident took place outside Hall’s home in Newcastle-under-Lyme, where two cars reportedly parked late at night. The viral footage captures only the final moments of a heated exchange, with Hall aggressively demanding that the individuals exit their vehicle while issuing multiple threats. One person filming the scene claimed Hall had frightened their daughter.
Hall took to Facebook to explain his side of the story. He stated that the video circulating online showed just 30 seconds of what was actually a 25-minute ordeal. According to him, the vehicles had been outside his home around 9 p.m., blaring horns and disturbing his young children, who were woken up and terrified.
