He gained recognition for his role as the police detective who mocked Jim Carrey’s character in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. On television, he had recurring roles in Ryan’s Hope, Melrose Place, and General Hospital while also performing on Broadway.
Most recently, Capodice appeared in the 2024 TV comedy series Conversation with Monster. Known for his versatility, he left a lasting impact on both stage and screen. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, and four grandchildren.
