JD Vance Says ‘Sh*t’ Pro-Ukrainian Protestors Left His Daughter ‘Anxious And Scared’, Demonstrators Deny Claims

J.D. Vance has accused pro-Ukraine protesters of frightening his three-year-old daughter, claiming they followed and shouted at them while chanting “Slava Ukraini.” In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Vance stated that he decided to engage with the protesters in hopes they would stop, describing the conversation as “mostly respectful” but criticizing anyone who would involve a child in political demonstrations.

The demonstrators, however, have denied his claims, arguing that they were not targeting his daughter and that the exchange was civil. The incident comes amid growing tensions between the U.S. and Ukraine, particularly following a heated Oval Office meeting between Trump, Vance, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Vance had previously called Zelenskyy “disrespectful” for not showing enough gratitude toward Trump’s efforts to broker a peace deal.

Vance’s remarks have sparked mixed reactions, with his supporters condemning the protesters’ actions and critics questioning whether he exaggerated the situation. With U.S. policy on Ukraine continuing to shift under Trump’s administration, Vance remains a central figure in the ongoing debate over American support for the war.
