Jennifer Lopez will not be embarking on her planned summer tour, “THIS IS ME…LIVE,” which was set to start in June and span various North American venues through August. According to a representative from Live Nation, the tour has been completely canceled. Lopez addressed the cancellation on her website, OntheJLo, expressing her deep disappointment and stating, “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary.”

Lopez explained that she is taking time off to be with her children, family, and close friends. She reassured fans, “I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…” While there were initial speculations about weak ticket sales, sources close to the situation clarified that ticket sales were not a factor, as the tour was seeing an increase in sales in key cities.

The decision to cancel the tour comes amid ongoing public scrutiny of Lopez’s marriage to Ben Affleck. The couple has faced mixed media messages regarding their relationship, with reports of them living apart despite several public appearances together. Affleck has been staying at a Brentwood home, while Lopez remains in their Beverly Hills residence, purchased for $60 million last year.

Fans who bought tickets through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded, while those who purchased through third-party resellers like SeatGeek, StubHub, and VividSeats are advised to contact those platforms directly for refund details. Neither Lopez nor Affleck has publicly addressed the situation, leaving the cancellation’s implications on their relationship open to interpretation. For now, fans will have to wait for a future opportunity to see Lopez perform live.
