Megan Fox revealed that her engagement ring from Machine Gun Kelly was uniquely designed to make a statement — and not just a romantic one. The ring, featuring thorns inside the band, was meant to cause discomfort if she ever tried to remove it.

Speaking about the design, Fox explained that MGK intended the ring to symbolize the permanence of their relationship. “The bands are actually thorns,” she shared, noting the unusual and symbolic craftsmanship of the piece. “If I try to take it off, it hurts… Love is pain.”

The striking piece of jewelry is made with two stones — an emerald and a diamond — representing the couple’s birthstones. MGK has previously described the ring as being designed to “interlock like two halves of the same soul.”

While some fans found the concept romantic, others debated the message behind the painful design, with critics questioning the practicality of such a ring. The couple has since been known for their unconventional and passionate displays of affection, making this latest revelation another example of their intense connection.
