Megan Thee Stallion opened Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign rally in Atlanta with a performance of her hit song “Savage,” which features explicit lyrics. The rally, held at the Georgia State Convocation Center, attracted an estimated 10,000 people. Megan, dressed in a blue pantsuit and tie, was joined by dancers in matching attire. The performance was part of the warmup before Harris took the stage.

Harris, who recently launched her bid for the White House, addressed the crowd after walking out to Beyoncé’s “Freedom,” her new campaign anthem. During her speech, she described herself as an “underdog” in the race and criticized former President Donald Trump as a “predator.” Harris highlighted key voter issues such as economic concerns, inflation, abortion rights, and immigration.

The event was Harris’ second campaign rally since becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee following President Biden’s decision not to seek re-election. She emphasized the importance of Georgia in the path to the White House and noted the shifting momentum in the race, suggesting that Trump was feeling the pressure.

Harris is expected to announce her vice presidential pick soon, ahead of the Democratic National Convention in August. The rally underscored her campaign’s efforts to mobilize support in a crucial swing state.
