Ashley St. Clair has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk, claiming he is the father of her five-month-old son and demanding a paternity test. As part of the lawsuit, St. Clair submitted text messages she alleges are from Musk, which suggest he acknowledged the child’s existence and discussed their relationship.

In one exchange following the child’s birth, Musk reportedly asked, “Are you both well?” to which St. Clair responded, “He is perfect.” Musk then allegedly replied, “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”

Another set of messages reveal Musk discussing security concerns, stating, “I get credible death threats every day. I’m #2 after Trump for assassination. Wake up.” He continued, “This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake on security, [child’s name redacted] will never know his father.”

Other alleged messages show Musk making romantic comments toward St. Clair. In one, he reportedly said, “I want to knock you up again,” and later added, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”

St. Clair’s legal team claims Musk initially engaged in discussions about the child’s custody and support but later became unresponsive. Her lawsuit seeks an official declaration of paternity, financial support, and legal custody arrangements. Musk has not yet publicly responded to the allegations.
