President Donald Trump has added a new centerpiece to the Oval Office: a statue depicting the moment just after he was wounded in an assassination attempt at a 2024 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The bronze sculpture shows Trump raising his fist while shouting “Fight! Fight! Fight!”—a scene that unfolded after he was struck in the ear by a bullet during the attack.
The artwork also features three Secret Service agents, including current agency director Sean Curran, attempting to rush Trump offstage. A vertically hanging American flag, mirroring the one at the rally, is included in the background. While the White House hasn’t confirmed its creator, it appears to be the work of sculptor Stan Watts, who is also planning a 9-foot version through the Trump Statue Project.

According to the project’s website, the statue is meant to symbolize “divine intervention” and Trump’s “message of unity and resilience.” The Butler attack—widely viewed as a turning point in Trump’s political resurgence—has inspired multiple works of art now displayed throughout the White House.

A separate painting based on a photo by New York Times photographer Doug Mills now hangs in the East Wing. It shows a bloodied Trump with a clenched fist in front of the American flag. Along with gold accents, framed headlines, and memorabilia from his comeback, Trump has continued to reshape the West Wing in his own image since returning to office.
