A Trump aide has shared footage of Joe Biden’s “fake Oval Office,” a set used during his presidency for public appearances and televised events. Alina Habba, Trump’s lawyer, posted a video on social media showing the replica, which includes professional lighting, teleprompters, and a digital backdrop of the White House Rose Garden. The set was located inside the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, across the street from the actual White House.

Biden frequently used the staged room, most notably when he received his COVID-19 vaccine on camera. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller previously suggested that the setup allowed Biden to read directly from a teleprompter without it being visible to the public. Critics have long pointed to this as a sign that Biden relied too heavily on scripted messaging.

In her video, Habba sat behind the replica’s desk, jokingly referring to Biden’s administration as a “disgratz” before highlighting the advanced equipment used in the setup. Her remarks reignited online debates about Biden’s reliance on controlled settings for public speeches, with some accusing his team of carefully managing his image to avoid unscripted moments.

While supporters argue that such sets are standard for presidential communications, opponents claim it raises concerns about transparency. The footage has fueled further speculation about Biden’s ability to handle unscripted interactions, a key point of criticism during his presidency.
