A private jet registered to Vince Neil was involved in a deadly crash at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona, but the Mötley Crüe frontman was not on board. His girlfriend, Rain Hannah, and her friend Ashley were passengers and survived the accident, though Rain suffered five broken ribs. Their dogs, who were also on the flight, were unharmed.

The crash occurred when the plane veered off the runway and collided with another jet upon landing. Investigators believe a failure in the left main landing gear may have caused the incident. Tragically, the pilot did not survive.

Neil’s manager, Allen Kovac, confirmed the rocker’s safety and expressed condolences to the pilot’s family. The band is now considering ways to support those affected by the tragedy.

Emergency crews temporarily shut down the airport to investigate, but further details on the cause of the crash are still emerging. Despite the loss, those close to Neil are relieved that his loved ones made it out alive.
