A Walmart delivery driver, Alvin Ortiz, has been charged with indecent exposure after an incident in South Carolina where he allegedly pleasured himself in a woman’s driveway after delivering groceries. The incident occurred on July 8, and Ortiz was arrested the following day. According to a newly filed lawsuit in Horry County, Ortiz sat in his car for 10–15 minutes after completing the delivery, during which the woman witnessed the act and quickly sought safety with her child.

A neighbor confronted Ortiz, who then fled the scene while making verbal threats. The lawsuit alleges that Walmart failed to conduct a thorough background check on Ortiz and holds the company liable for his actions while on duty. Walmart has acknowledged the incident, stating that customer safety is a top priority and that the company is reviewing the complaint.

Ortiz’s case remains pending, and the lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for recklessness and negligence. Walmart has pledged to cooperate with legal proceedings as the case unfolds.
