A Surrey woman, Annie Charlotte, discovered at 16 that she has a rare condition called uterus didelphys, which means she was born with two uteruses, two cervixes, and two vaginal canals. Now 26, she has embraced her unique anatomy, even using it as a talking point in her work on OnlyFans. Charlotte finds her condition empowering, despite the initial uncertainty about her ability to have children. She describes her body as fascinating and has turned this rare anomaly into a positive part of her identity.
Charlotte claims that nearly all her partners remain unaware of her condition. Out of hundreds of encounters, she says the vast majority didn’t notice she had two vaginas. She often reveals her condition afterward, sometimes leaving partners surprised and curious. Despite its uniqueness, Charlotte says it doesn’t affect her day-to-day intimacy, though it does lead to some unusual situations and humorous misunderstandings.
One challenge she faced was managing her menstrual cycle. Early on, she struggled to figure out why tampons weren’t working effectively, only to realize she had been placing them in the wrong canal. Over time, she adapted, learning to manage each side separately. Interestingly, her ovaries work independently, meaning her periods aren’t always synchronized.
Now using her condition to stand out on social media, Charlotte shares her journey and sometimes receives bizarre requests, such as selling bath water linked to her anatomy. She says she finds confidence in being open about her body and hopes others find empowerment in embracing their differences.
