Zac Efron recently experienced a frightening incident while swimming in a pool in Ibiza. Early on Saturday morning, the actor decided to take a dive into the pool but miscalculated the depth. He ended up hitting the bottom of the pool with his chest and ingesting a significant amount of water into his lungs. Security personnel at the scene noticed Efron showing signs of distress and quickly assisted him out of the water.

Efron was momentarily dazed and taken to the hospital as a precaution. At the hospital, he underwent a chest X-ray to ensure that all the water had cleared from his lungs. After a few hours of observation and once it was confirmed that he was in the clear, he was ready to be discharged. However, he chose to stay a bit longer due to the presence of numerous photographers outside who had learned about his hospitalization.

By Sunday night, Efron was spotted having dinner in Ibiza and subsequently returned to the United States. The incident, while alarming, didn’t seem to have any lasting impact on him, and he is now back home and healthy.

Reflecting on the incident, it is clear that Efron was fortunate to have avoided more serious injury. His quick recovery and return to normal activities highlight his resilience, and he continues to maintain his busy schedule.
