Rapper Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes II, was arrested early Wednesday morning in Maryland Heights, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, for possession of four ecstasy pills and not having insurance. He was taken into custody at 4:45 AM and booked at the Maryland Heights Police Department before being released.

The arrest came after Nelly was pulled over by the police. His mugshot, obtained by Adult Humor, shows him with bloodshot eyes, appearing mostly expressionless while wearing a black hoodie and white undershirt. The news of his arrest was first reported by KRCG in Missouri.

Nelly’s camp and the police have yet to comment on the arrest. The situation is still developing.
